Trust Forensics, LLC provides digital asset investigation, forensic device examination, and cryptocurrency wallet recovery services for estates, trusts, receiverships, and individual clients. Service engagements are governed by a separate Engagement Letter signed by both parties. These Terms govern website use and pre-engagement interactions only.
Trust Forensics does not guarantee recovery of any digital asset, wallet, password, or cryptocurrency. Results depend on factors outside Trust Forensics' control including wallet encryption, available credentials, device condition, and asset history. Any estimate of recovery probability provided during consultation is an informed professional assessment, not a promise or warranty.
Nothing on this website or in any communication from Trust Forensics constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Trust Forensics is not a law firm and does not provide legal services. For legal advice regarding estate administration, probate, fiduciary duties, or digital asset ownership, consult a licensed attorney. For tax implications of recovered assets, consult a licensed tax professional.
Trust Forensics works with and on behalf of attorneys, trustees, executors, and court-appointed receivers. Engagements initiated by a fiduciary on behalf of an estate or trust are governed by the signed Engagement Letter between Trust Forensics and the fiduciary or their counsel. Trust Forensics does not provide legal opinions, expert witness testimony, or court-admissible reports unless separately agreed in writing.
